Published by muffin9129 at 2:25 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Water fountains are a beautiful addition to any landscape plan.  Most of us have enjoyed one or two of them in our time, whether it be in Vegas or some other lavish tourist attraction.  However, for nineteen year old college student Yang, it was her nightmare.

Last August while enjoying a splash in the central square Henan Province of China, suddenly there was a huge rush of water from the ground.  Shortly after Yang was being thrown through the air.

When Yang finally made contact with the ground her stomach was in extreme pain, and she was bleeding heavily.  Yang was immediately taken to the hospital and underwent numerous surgery’s.

Her doctor said that because the pressure from the water was so high, it had torn open her vagina, and even damaged her intestines.

Yang was left with brutal scars and is still recovering almost a year later.  yang has sued the owners of the water fountain for $24,000 in damages.

Now that’s a legitimate reason to be suing someone. I’d be suing for a lot more than that…

ummmmm… sorry about her pain..but seems to me she was somewhere she should not have been.. ANY grownup would have known NOT to go into that area! .. suing them for WHAT? wasn’t their fault that she made a foolish decision.
