If You Have Small Breasts You Cannot Drive in Vietnam
Padded bras will be a best seller in Vietnam these days after a law was passed by the Vietnamese communist government that no one with a smaller chest then 28 inches will be allowed to drive a motorbike.
It is said that over 90% of citizens use motorbikes to travel. Not to mention the average man is on 5′4 and the average woman is 5′1.
This will make it even harder for Vietnamese citizens to get to work, and most are too poor to buy cars.. The city is also packed with cars so bikes make it much easier of a commute.
Padded bras may be able to help, and many jokes are being advertised about how this would be enforced.
How would you feel if you got pulled over and the cop pulled out a measuring tape?

Vietnamese bloggers have been poking fun at the plan, envisioning traffic police with tape measures eagerly pulling over female drivers to measure their chests.
“From now on, padded bras will be best-sellers,” said Bo Cu Hung, a popular Ho Chi Minh City blogger.
“I’m not heavy enough, what am I going to do?” Le Thu Huong asked in a letter to Tuoi Tre newspaper. “And what about people whose chests are small? Most of them are too poor to afford breast implants!”
