Man Sells Wife on Used Car Site
In Romania, anything goes, even selling your wife… on a used car sale website. I know what you are thinking, an old man got fed up with his wife pestering him to take out the garbage or trim your nose hair, but what if I told you that the wife that was put up for sale was only 25 years old. If this guy cannot handle his wife’s nagging for a couple of years then what is he going to do for the next 50 odd years???
Alex Cretu, a measly little 20 year old was hoping to get at least 4 million for her, but dropped the price down to 3000 to try and make a quick sale.
The ad was posted on www.okazii.ro and translated reads,
For Sale: Wife,
Year: 1983,
Condition: Good
Good Suspension, spacious, I am the second owner. The price will be negotiated with the right buyer. Has 3 and 5 year old accessories.
Alex claims this is a joke, and put the ad up when his wife was in Spain.
He has had a couple of offers, but most wanted to pay him in installments.
I think my darling hubby’s ad would start “free to good home….”
